About the Job

The position includes a variety of tasks, all based on the care needs of the patients.

This involves telephone advice and appointment bookings, assessments and reception work, digital patient contact such as advice via chat, active participation in team rounds, where we together form a team around each patient to create a holistic perspective and safer care. The work will be divided between the doctor's office and phone/chat.

About the Workplace

The Särö Health Center is the northernmost health center operated independently. We are located in the center of Särö and have about 6,000 patients registered with us. We are a forward-looking health center with great ambitions regarding renewed working methods and good conditions for education/further training.

We currently have several training doctors and three permanent specialists in general medicine. In addition to the doctor's office, there is also a district nurse's reception, laboratory, asthma/COPD and diabetes reception. We have special receptions for smoking cessation and risk use. The health center also has BVC, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology reception, and a rehab team. The operation is HBTQI-certified. Our mission also includes responsibility for a special accommodation for the elderly. Next to the health center, we have a pharmacy.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to contribute to safe and quality care.

You are an initiative-taking person who takes responsibility for your tasks. You adapt easily to new circumstances and see opportunities in changes. Since we work closely in our team, we see that you have good collaboration skills and also work with a service-oriented approach. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
